What’s Changed

We’ve encountered unexpected issues with our new Cubase MIDI Remote integration on Windows, including crashes, disconnections, and missing MIDI actions. While the integration works as expected on macOS, some Windows setups exhibit unpredictable behavior with MIDI Sysex messages. The root cause remains unclear, and we are actively investigating.

Temporary Rollback
• Restored Compatibility with MetaServer Win 5.0 – This update allows Windows users to revert to the previous MetaServer version while we work on a fix. You can download MetaServer for Windows at www.metagrid.app/support.
• Cubase MIDI Remote Marked as Mac-Only – Until we resolve the Windows-specific issues, this feature will be unavailable on Windows.
